Each and every Day WON is a GIFT OF LIFE it's our CHOICE whether we keep stacking up those precious DOF ~ Days Of Freedom ~ or throw our hands up in the air and screw up a perfectly beautiful quit! It doesn't matter whether we're frustrated, angry, sad or happy because of just finishing a difficult job and thinking just one! There's no EXcuse good enough to throw away our precious quits ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what ~ Life is going to happen so we might just as well keep our quits in tact because it's a MUST if we EXpect to reap the benefits of Freedom..... Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree and besides relapsing isn't an option EVER!
