I keep meaing to write in but everything else is getting in the way of my getting online for a few these days.

I'm still going strong with no smokes since my quit date. I still wake up with some coughing and maybe I'll get a chest x-ray at my next appointment. Overall I'd say things have been going swimmingly for me. I can't even remember my last craving anymore and the smell of stale smoke makes my nose itch bad. It's looking good and I always had a friend Who would ask me to pick him up some if I was picking up beer on the wa to his place. Last month I told him never again, if he wants his smokes he has to go to the store and do it. Tried to give me the but you're going to the store, I just said I don't care. Anyway. people are still annoying but I no longer use smoking as an excuse to walk away. Hope all is well and everyone has a nice spring break.

Congratulations on your exciting anniversary.  I have had my son ask me to pick up cigarettes for him and I actually did it for the first few months and then I said no, got the same thing you got, but you're going there anyways...YEAH, but NOT for cigarettes.

I am so glad to hear how well you are doing.

Hope you have a wonderful Spring Break as well!

May I be the first to congratulate you and welcome you to the 6% Club (stats say only 6% of folks who quit make it to one year).

Good to see you!
