Almost 3 months smoke free...

Still smoke free for 2014!  Trust me, it has not been easy, but I face each trigger as it comes.  By the way, I finaly faced that casino trigger and was successful.  In fact, the smell of the cigarettes around me was not appealing to me at all.  Every time I think about smokes, I say " I am a non smoker now"   On April 11th, I will celebrate my 100th day!  I have never made it this far in ALL the times I quit.  I cannot go back and start over now.  It would be foolish!
