Almost 1 weeks nicotine free!

It’s been a struggle for sure, it’s been 6 days now since I have last had a puff off my vape, I gathered every vape I’ve purchased,  pods, juices, and put them in a bag, and went driving around with my boyfriend and threw them away, so they’re gone. I don’t have the temptation here to get pods and refill them with what little juice I had and vape again. Essentially I started out vaping no nicotine, then worked my way up the chain to 3mg, then to 5 when 3 didn’t suffice. Finally I graduated to 50mg of salt nicotine (which is equivalent of menthol cigarettes). Yesterday when I threw my stuff away I didn’t allow myself to feel my emotions, which later manifested itself as a panic attack, and my boyfriend had to give me my inhaler and follow me home in his car to make sure I made it safely. But my point is, this is word vomit, recovery isn’t all beautiful, but it’s been so rewarding to not cough all the time, and feel like my brain was in a fog and be numb.
