I read Allen Carr’s book, and honestly? It was a bit of a slog…. But I finished it, and it made what I believe will be the crucial difference between this quit and other attempts. This time, I am not relying on willpower. I do not wallow in self-pity that I’ll never be allowed to smoke again.
Even if you’ve already quit, I think you might find it really helpful in eliminating cravings.
