All about the quit

My hands shake

My body sweats

My mind fiends

My lungs urge for it

what is this feeillng

Unlike any other

Its the quit

Friends doubt you

Family looks down on you

Strangers eye you

The fiends bum one from you

Is it worth it

Young people ask for it

Older people are addicted to it

our elderly die from it

Its all about the quit but it starts with you. every pack makes a man richer and us broker.

ITS TIME TO QUIT.......

Soon...your life will be steady, you will be cool, you will fill your mind with the wonders around you that you neer noticed through the smoke. Strangers support you and friends smile. Family looks up to you as you grow in your quit. You are doing wonderful. Stay STRONG, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

thank you everybody. i am hanging in there almost 48 hours without a smoke. I feel proud of my self.
