Hi EX Team family, In general i find current smokers or ex smokers to be the most suportive and encouraging towards my quit. Although non smokers do support you they sometimes dont understand what nicotine addiction is really all about, hey its not their fault. i supose we are the mugs that smoked in the first place, not them!
