we're so very fortunate that we have a choice to continue living a life of slavery to the damned nicotine poison or make the CHOICE to kick the nicotine poison to the curb permanently!!!! It's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT with commitment and perseverance you will succeed in living life without the Damned Crutch !!!! If you asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!! If you ask me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES with a huge smile on my face!!!! No Matter how difficult it is in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking it's also very Doable PLUS you MUST remember after decades of smoking it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes PLUS it's worth every bit of the cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep to be FREE....
