Hey guys! Made it throught new years eve without a cig, but this morning has been rough. The kids are fighting about everything and nothing and I can feel my nerves about ready to explode. Normally I would go outside and smoke a few cigs, come back and be ready to handle things again. Not sure what my options are at this point though. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to smoke but I don't want to turn into a screaming maniac with my kids either. Let me know. Hope all is going well foreverone else. Happy smoke free new year.
