A whole new me

I have already started my journey to being a new and better version of myself. I was in an abusive relationship for 9 years, and now have two kids out of it. I just moved out of our home, into a little two-bedroom apartment with my two kids and a cat. I am quitting smoking tomorrow, and hope that with this new version of myself, I will be successful. I want the old me back, and this is the best way I can do it. I do not want perfection, but I do want to be happy. my kids and I are very happy even though our new place is less than half the size of the home their dad and a bought together. things are more peaceful. now I feel like the next step is to stop smoking, so wish me luck and pray for strength, because I know I have a tough road ahead, but I got this!!
