A moment

I would like to take a moment and say how happy I am that I quit smoking. I remember looking at those who had quit 100, 200 even 500 days ago and thinking, wow they must have it made! The truth is, I'm not sure anyone ever "has it made" I'm lucky in that no one in my family/friends group smokes. No constant reminders or temptations, but until smoking becomes extinct there will always be those of us who must remain cautious, who must make the choice on occasion to not take even a puff. I am happy to say I made the decision 470 days ago to remain smoke free for the rest of my life. Thank you all for your help. Stay strong. It does get easier
