ok, ok, here is the wisom i gained along with the weight!
1) smoking is a choice you make
2) quitting is tough, but anythin worth efighting for is
3) you will get cravings, but I promise you can make it through them
4) support is important
5) sleep is important
6) walking daily and drnking lots of water is important at this time
7) you save a lot of money
😎 you smell terrific
9) your teeth and gumline imporve
10) you breath better
I am inspired everyday by someone on this site
