My mind and body has improved a lot over the last 86 days.  My sleep pattern is back to normal.  My stress levels have reduced a lot and I can breathe.  I'm no longer hungry and angry all the time.  I'm 52 and I decided to invest in my health.  My blood pressure and cholesterol levels are good.  I bought a mountain bike and I ride 4 to 5 times a week.  Exercise and sunshine have been a huge player on keeping my smoking urges at bay.  Unfortunately 25 years of smoking destroyed my gums. My teeth look great but I have bone loss in my jaw line.  I'm having to spend $15k to resolve the problem and I will have get my teeth cleaned 3 to 4 times every year.   Insurance does not pay for bone and gum grafts. Smoking hides the pain and affects until its to late.  If your looking for a reason to quit, use your oral health as a reason!  I took a picture of my $15k check and I look at it when I get a urge to smoke!!!  I might have 2 or 3 urges a day but they only last for a minute.
