Hope this is finding you all happy, healthy, and good spirits. It has been a while since I have posted anything and I wanted to thank you for checking in on me and my progress. As of today, I have not smoked for 80 days, which is equivalent to 800 cigarettes and $280 that I have saved.
I relate to the stories of "no man's land" and have felt urges to smoke that seem to come out of nowhere but I understand that once I buy a pack of cigarettes, my quit is over. So with that said, I remain steadfast and will always lean on you for much needed love and support.
