An exceptionally good day!! I had thoughts of smoking that were easy to manage, but no real cravings. I have a terribly sore throat that feels swollen. At night, it scares me because it is hard to breathe. I'm chalking this up to healing because I'm coughing up mucus with tar specks in it too, so I figure this is my body healing.
