Well tomorrow (12 Feb 2010), will make it officially 63 days since I've been completely smoke free.
Wait a minute I just realized that's 9 weeks!!! And here I thought it was 2 months, which was 8 weeks! Better than I thought. Not a single puff.
Of course I've become a bit hypochondriac, but I've been on the treadmill for the last three weeks and things are looking okay. I plan to return to lifting weights in about a week's time, so I'm hoping for the best.
