6 months smoke free today

I am 6 months without a cigarette.  It's been a journey that's for sure.  Still going through the triggers.  Even though they are much easier to deal with it's amazing that the addicted brain still tries to get me to cave.  I have been riding my bike 4-5 times a week for 8-10 miles and doing some resistance training so I'm feeling better for sure.  I'm still trying to shed those 10 pounds I gained in the begining of my quit but I'm sure I will eventually.

Shout out to my quit twin @qsiesue on her 6 months smoke free.  Kudos!

Early shout out to my quit buddy @ReallyReal  who is 3 days behind us. Kudos to you too!

Onward and upward.........

I am a 44 year smoker with one 10 month quit 18 years ago. Started smoking again due to an unexpected divorce. Retired in 2018 and I'm finally getting around to quitting for good. Just tired of feeling like crap, coughing and spending 350.00 a month on something that is killing me. Time to get to work.
