Hey guys, had a good or what I percieved as a good blog , got knocked off line and lost it. I just wanted to say for all my talk of being a happy non smoker, which I am, I want folks to know I  do in fact have urges to this day , I do, I just don't give them any credit or allow enough thought to get to me , but they are there from time to time.

I like the WoW moments too much, WoW moment? When I literally forget I smoked,  for hours  and hours and then something reminds me and I'm like WOW! I forgot all about it.

After 2 packs a day for over 36 years I am 57 days free of nicotine/smoking

Thanks guys for all your insightful blogs

James

Good for you!!!!!!!!!! I fell of the wagon on day 28 but then got right back up the next day as if nothing happened. Every cigarette  I smoked that day made me  nausea . I am now on day 30 or day 2 again however you look at it. I enjoy reading  all the blogs on here it helps. Have another great smoke free day!!!!
