and now 44 hours nicotine free. (that's actually and exageration but sounds cool) 36 hours is more true)

Took off my patch Friday night and I'm not going back. 

I was building a bookshelf yesterday and cut a board wrong.  blamed nicotine withdrawal for the ditzy move, but really it was just me.

Flying though step, don't think I even really notice!
