I can't believe I'm sitting here Smoke Free at 40 days!! I know it's not huge numbers or months,,but 40?? Me??? After close to 30 years , a pack a day , with a ciggy hanging out of my mouth with every trigger...and now.....40 days smoke free?? Hard to believe, but with education, experience, support from this site and family/friends and my resolve to do it this time all leads to me being here at 40 days!
My advice to newbies is if I can do this you can too! I won't lie , for me the first 3 to 4 days were the worse, but looking back at it now it really wasn't that bad. After that you get your confidence, you relearn triggers, and now cravings come and go, but they're fleeting and not time consuming. I guess what I'm saying is it's easier now!! So hang in there, you can do it!!!!
Thanks to all who have gone before me , reading about your trials , tribulations and tricks helped me get to where I am now!!!
