Happy New Year! 

I just want to let all of you new members know that you can succeed! When I quit over 4 years ago this page and the people on it ( many still here offering support)  helped me so much. 

I know it seems impossible now that this will ever be easy but, it will. I almost never think of smoking  

Read the book, get hypnotized (there is an app called "quit now" by max k), take deep breaths, hang out here...

You can and will succeed and you will be so happy you did!
