Wow...smoke free for four weeks!!! I decided to stop the Wellbutrin, since the side effects were really getting to me. I am doing ok so far....but my appetite has increased the last two days. Hoping i can get a hold of it, and not eat so much since i really don't want to gain wait. I packed a lot of healthy snacks in my lunch today, and since one of the side effects the meds were giving me was shortness of breath, i am hoping to start walking more and adding an extra day at the gym, with my even newer lungs. Thanks and heres to a smoke free monday!!
