35 days and it's actually getting better

I have had a hard time. I started smoking when I was 12 or 14? because a neighbor smoked. It was such a huge part of my life and I forgot how I felt before I was a smoker.

I've been having really vivid dreams and a lot of anxiety and depression. It feels like in just the last couple of days I've been feeling more relaxed and even happy. I'm worried all the bad feelings are going to come back but for now I'm really enjoying not feeling like a slave to the tobacco companies.

I watched a show about tobacco companies and what they are doing in indonesia now and it's exactly what they did here in America. They are just killing all of their customers but denying it the whole time. They are also just adding more burden to people who are already dealing with so much poverty. It makes me glad that I'm not supporting that anymore.
