Good Morning , I hope that everyone is having a wonderful Smoke- Free day. Today makes me 34 days being Smoke- Free; I don't think that I'd have made it this far, without everyone's support here. I still have days where I crave a cigarette; that is usually when I get upset about something, then I just chew more gum (Lol)..
