First of all let me apologize for not responding to my messages. This is the first time I have been back on in a while now. I kind of had to step back a minute. This may sound strange but as long as I was not talking about smoking or not smoking, I found it easier to focus on other things and not think about a cigarette but at the same time I owe so much to this website and all the wonder people who have been so supportive. In the past 32 days, I think I have experienced every emotion there is and I hope I do not jinx myself by saying this but I think there is no fear of me going back to smoking. I can get through a day now without even thinking about one. I can be around my smoking friends and not have the urge to take the cigarette away from them. I am sure there will still be some tough days ahead but I know that I can remain smoke free. No doubt about that at all. What an awesome feeling!!!!!
