I haven't been here a while, but today I realized that I've made it 295 days (almost 10 months) smoke free and I'm so happy. I haven't had the best of times; I ended up having an emergency appendectomy back in April but after recovery I began a simple exercise routine and things are going fine. I do hope all is well with other ex-smokers. Come on! We can do it!
