I am so very happy I have made it 29 days. When I first quite I did not know if I could make it 29 hours and here I am. At the beginning of my quit I spent hours here. Now I stop by every day or so. I still need this site and may for a long time yet. I don't think I could have made it without this site and my friends here. I just want to encourage everyone out there who wants to quit to believe in them selfs. I smoked at least a pk. a day (sometimes more) for 40 years. If I can do it anyone can.
