It has been 280 days since I had a cigarette and I'm happy. since my quit I have noticed that my food had tasted better. My pepsi had been tasting better, I have noticed that I have more money now. When I quit, I did wash all of my clothes and I did get rid of all of my cigarettes. I have been using the patch and the lozenges together and that had helped me. I had also been reading Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr. This is my third time reading his book. I'm not using any nicotine replacement now and it feels great.
