I'll say this again, I feel you must study a bit, go to some websites like whyquit.com I also found Allen Carrs book the most helpful if you want to succeed with happiness and peace.

Another thing,, If you come here for help , You need to tell us your smoking history, you don't have to give out your social security number or anything like that, just  enough to give us a clue, how old are you,, how old were you when you started smoking, how many years have you smoked, how much or how many do you smoke or did you smoke. Just a few clues, touch on some of our names and it will take you to our pages and give you an idea of what we did.

It's up to you, you can also go to our blogs the same way, touch on our names, then touch on blog and it will carry you to all we've blogged.

You can do this , not nearly as hard as folks tried to lead us to believe all thease years.

This is James "The Happy Quitter" after  2 packs a day for 36 years
