i feel great today keeping self busy clean the house watch some good movie's to watch ...relax some i took a cat nap today i feel much better now ...i am enjoying life being a ex smoker i will read   the blog's ...keep self    busy i need to get a new  puzzle and soon ....i cut back on    coffee and soda i drink  lot's of water ...and tea..hope every one has a great day
