Congratulations on everyones milestones today. Congratulations on everyones DECISION to quit.

Don't let cigarettes fool you, look up the info yourself,, go to whyquit.com Keep opening your mind and reading here too.Remember if you go at it as if you are depriving yourself you'll have a harder time,, as someone told me here way back,, you are giving up nothing of importance.

Also it's only hard if you allow it to be. Don't get caught up in some big elaborate plan , if a plan fails it's an excuse to tell yourself "Well if that didn't work then I can't do it." Make the DECISION then get through the 72 hours it takes to get rid of the drug and be done with it.
