Very happy to have past the first obstacle of my committment to stop smoking. There will be more obstacles to come for the next 6 months, but I  WILL surpass and conquer the enemy. I WILL now commit myself  to being a non-smoker.

Congrats on three weeks!!! Thats around the time that it started to get easier for me!!! You will still have crappy days but they get further apart!!!
