HELLO EVERYONE  I BEEN SMOKING FOR OVER 20YRS & IM READY TO STOP.Why do i keep saying that toself its going to be hard Ive tryed so many times to quit. 2days 3day and i start right back up want to go cold turkey getting older and my health is very imporant to me now didnt think about that in my younger days Im very greatful to have found this Ex community support group I needed this someone thats going though the same thing it helps me.
