2 Weeks "Smoke Free" But Whose Counting!

Today it has been 2 weeks without a cigarette and I have absolutely no regrets.  The thought of those nasty things disgust me.  I will never allow that poison to enter my body again.  I've also been sticking to my walking and hope to step it up a notch and start to jog a little bit this weekend.  I just hope my lungs are up for it.

I hope and wish everyone else the same success and hope it gets easier for everyone else like it has for me.  Now I keep asking myself why I didn't do this sooner.  But I try not to dwell on the past.

Wishing everyone a Great, Breathing Easy Kind of Day!

I think we ALL asked ourselves that same question:  "Why did I wait so long?!!!"  But here we are.  Smoke free at last.  Stay on top of it.  Happy for your two weeks.
