2 Weeks Today

I love the texts and emails from BecomeAnEX. Today I got the text asking when I last used tobacco. Delightfully I could say “C” - more than seven days ago. Then the next text was to share here. Here I go. 
I’m not using anything to help me quit smoking.  My faith in God and my loved ones sustain me. AND, the people in BecomeAnEX. Thank you all. 
It was suggested that I use affirmations. I’ve read some, but two sentences have meant the most to me:

I don’t smoke anymore; and, I sure could smoke right now. My husband laughs and says “let’s smoke one together.” And of course we don’t. 
Keep the faith. We will succeed.
