Hi all, I am new to this site , 15 days till quit date and counting.
I am finding myself geting anxious or scared, wandering what i will do without these nasty little terrorists.
they have held me hostage for 25 years .
so far i have quite smoking in my vehicle,when feeling stress at work ,eat sunflower seeds,but the downfall to that is that the squirrels and birds are getting none.
I have attempted to quit before,only lasts for couple of days before starting again
any suggestions to keep the cravings at bay or less would be greatly appreciated.
