True test yesterday...hung with smoking friends all day and night...in 2 bars late last night that allow smoking inside and I proved I am still tuff enuff to conquer this. Once I consumed more alcohol than I probably needed, I did light one for a friend...pretty much gagged and handed it directly to her....never again folks...I mean it and I'm pretty sure I will remain true to myself in this ongoing battle. I realize there are still lot's of obstacles and there probably will be for a long time to come but I do believe if WE truly believe in ourselves WE will find the strength to keep the strength needed to remain a QUITTER!!! Keep up the focus and detrmination everyone and thanks for being here!!
