i am doing great keep mind and hands busy my son is home sick ...today but feeling better now off to school tomorrow he only has 3 day's left has friday off ...cool i have been reading blog's to help me out when i think of a smoke i enjoy reading my book working on my puzzle too almost done with it i am going up to wal-mart to find more puzzle's to work on i got hard candy i need to get gum so i can keep mouth busy ...and talking to my mom and sister to help me out ...though hard times when i think about it or want one ...i know i don't want one ...i will keep my head up ...and block it out of my mind ....i know i have a hard time sleeping at night ..i stay up until i get sleepy ..hope every one has a great evening keep up the great work
