12 Days Smoke Free

I am coming up on 12 days smoke free in about ten minutes. I feel so different with this quit then any of the other ones I have tried. I have more smoke free days this year then I have smoke days. Can't wait to start feeling better and then I know it will be alot easier to tell mr nicoteen to get lost.

Bill, I am SO HAPPY for you!  Stick around...some people refer to the addiction as the Nicodemon, I love the image of the NicoTEEN...know it all adolescent.  You have given me a good image.

I called my addiction Mr. Nic... then took off Mr.. he was my boyfriend.  My abusive boyfriend.  I killed him before he could kill me.  Yeah, kinda violent I know but it was self defense.
