Today is ground zero....my official quit day start tomorrow.....this is my third try....i've read a lot of post, and all are very encouraging....i feel stronger than ever this time around....starting with new patches....they did help in the past......have one on right, now.......i feel good this morning, as well....I PLEDGE NOT TO SMOKE FOR THE NEXT 24 HRS......GAL 4:4-5...........blog soon.........thanks2thee.....have a peaceful ex's........
