I am already feeling a lot more confident than I was a week ago. I think it’s possible my husband may be smoking cigarettes tonight so I just want to make sure I stay vigilant.
I’ve got some ideas for how to spend the evening taking care of myself and protecting my new freedom. I could use my new bath bomb, practice on Duo Lingo, play with clay and listen to music, do some coloring with sharpies, or light a candle and practice some self massage to relax. I think it’s important to prepare myself ahead of time for how I will deal with temptation that may arise and have some ideas for what I will do instead of smoking.
