Yesterday I was reading Ex posts that mentioned helpful videos, so I looked for some to keep busy. I found this shorty that explains nicotine addiction in terms my brain can digest (especially right now), plus the narrator's Aussie accent is fabulous. The video really hits home with why my quit motto has to be NOPE (not one puff ever)! The other video is longer and goes into all the rotten stuff smoking has done to my body all these years, but it also shows the healing that has already begun and will continue, which made me hopeful. The body is truly amazing to bounce back after so much abuse! Hope these might help someone else as well.
