Wow! Feel so fortunate I found this site. In the past, I could have a few cigarettes once in a while and then not smoke for quite a while but then I found I could not quit. I tried dozens of times in the past 10 yrs. When I came across N.O.P.E. (Not One Puff Ever) It WORKED. With the education on this site from the MAYO clinic and more, I am able to focus on changing my mindset. This is something I did in the past and now NOT part of my llife. NOPE. I also like adding days to my QUIT and never want to start over. I am so proud of 108 days and THANK YOU EX family for supporting me through the challenges we all face on a daily basis.
