Hi all, the title of this blog speaks for itself, 100 days. i am pretty chuffed with myself. i am feeling strong in my quit. Thanks for all that have pulled me along, i can promise you that at the times that i wanted to throw the towel in, i have thought of you all and am very gratefull, you dont know how much you have helped, its enormous. I have NEVER quit for 100 days, the best i ever managed in the past was 30 days. i was a 25 a day smoker for 40 years, thanks again, you have not heard the last on me! see ya Mark.
