100 Days !!

Just thought I would tell someone, that I haven't had a cigarette in 100 days.  Been though lots of lifes ups and down..  I have screamed once in a while "  I want a cigarette" but never did get one...

Want to say Thank You for your support, I don't post much, but I read daily..... Wishing I had done this years ago and pray I can continue on this path.  I love being a non-smoker !!

Thank you all for your support.  This a big deal for me, I try not to dwell on the fact that I'm not smoking, as I want to think. I never smoked ( a mind thing )  a renewal of my mind.  I know, doesn't make much sense, but it's working...
