This past weekend has not been a very good one, not because of smoking or anything like that. I was sick. I was running a fever both Saturday and Sunday. But I am back to where I can move again. Moving on. As I wrote on yesterdays blog I forgot to put on a patch yesterday, well I did perfectly fine without it. I was on my way to work this morning and I realized that once again I forgot to put on my patch. But I havn't had any real problems with the lack of the patch. And since my quit both my parents have cut back. I know it's not quitting but at least it is a small step. My dad was smoking two packs a day and my mom was smoking a pack a day. Between the both of them they are smoking only a pack. Little steps are better than no steps.
One week, two days, 20 hours, 34 minutes and 49 seconds. 197 cigarettes not smoked, saving $44.26. Life saved: 16 hours, 25 minutes.
Keep the Quit
