hello everyone its been a loooooooooong time since i have blogged but i just wanted to come on and let you all know im still alive lol and im now 1 year smoke free i just want to thank everyone for all your support over the years yes i say years as i have been on here for a while and i have relapsed in the past but i have got back on that wagon and im still going storng so thank you all and i will try to be more active on here to try and [ay back some of the support i was given when i first quit any way thats it for now guys speak to ya soon NTAP xx
