Weight loss and quitting group - Strength training for better mental health?

Another win-win.  Strength train and get beautiful sleek muscles.  Not the huge weight lifter ones unless that is what you want??  And it seems to say that balance and toning works too!  Prefer Yoga to weights!  Go for it and get moving.

Great article thanks for posting it, I am working on getting on my resistance machine, and making it a routine.

yoga and meditation would be great to do too.

Weight training can also prevent (and help reverse) Osteoporosis!  Check out ths link...I think it was from Webmd.....http://www.webmd.com/osteoporosis/living-with-osteoporosis-7/weight-training
