Sometimes I wonder 'What am I doing wrong?". This article tells me the problems with being perimenopausal or menopausal and weight loss! Hope if help some of you out there as well.
That was a really good link Crafty....go figure, in our 20's we burned about 2000 calories a day and now it's about 1,600 per day....YIKES...more time in the gym...:)
