We will plan two meeting times each day --
9-10am -- by the pool
5-6pm -- by the pool
According to the hotel floor plan, the pool entrance is on the second floor.
This gives everyone a chance to meet up and make plans each day / evening. We know not everyone is going to want to do the same types of things, so we're not scheduling any official group activities. We just want everyone to relax and have fun!
Be sure to bring a camera (or cell phone camera) and take lots of pics -- we have a lot of members who are not able to join us and we want to post pics here on the group page each day for others to enjoy!
